This is hardly our first fair location where we’ve been competing for attention with other shows/attractions, but today we had to duke it out against a local dog show… I made sure to open our show with the wolves, and remark on their stature, because let’s be honest, size matters.
In between scheming against the poor collies and beagles across from us stealing all our love from fans, and hosting my own shows, I still needed to find a nice quiet place to study some psychology… Somewhere like I am going back to a more peaceful time… Somewhere like the Pioneer Village.
Day one went successfully, especially after getting keys to a private shower. This meant no more “friendly” carnivals folks starting conversations between stalls while you’re trying to shampoo. It’s the simple things that make me the happiest.
